"Made to Move" provides practical tools to help you maintain or regain your mobility, including instructions for simple benchmark movements to establish a baseline, activities to improve if you cannot fully achieve the benchmark, safe and effective exercises for strength and endurance using readily available equipment, and encouragement that you have the power to improve your mobility, no matter your current state.

With a little guidance and motivation, most aging adults could prevent falls and a decline in their ability to perform routine daily tasks, potentially avoiding the need for physical therapy services to recover from injury or illness. Wegley's mission is to help people regain, maintain, and enhance their physical abilities well into the later years of life, empowering them with the means to achieve greater satisfaction.

Joseph Wegley is a board-certified Neurologic Physical Therapist with the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist with the Brain Injury Association of America. His pursuit of the physical therapy profession began by working as a physical therapy aide in a nursing home environment, where he discovered his passion for positively contributing to the lives of aging adults. Wegley obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana in 2004 and currently practices in Boise, Idaho.
